Service Protection Plans

Mosquito / Tick Reduction Plans

This service includes a thorough inspection to remove mosquitoes’ breeding sites. We will also apply a Premium Barrier treatment up to 6 times throughout the active mosquito and tick season to help reduce their numbers and keep them at bay.

Summer Service

Spring / Summer Treatment Package. Three scheduled treatments completed during critical periods of the spring and summer months.

This is a preventative treatment protecting your home against entry from tiny ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, cave crickets, silverfish, springtails, ground beetles, earwigs, and other occasional invaders. We also cover paper wasps, yellow jackets, and mud daubers. Bee/Wasp hives covered, can be no higher than 10 ft, and must be attached to the house. Mice protection can be added for an additional fee. We offer free emergency service after the first visit until 30 days after completion of the final treatment.

Not Covered are ANY wood-destroying insects (Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Termites, Powder Post Beetles), roach or bed bug infestations, flies/mosquitos, stink bugs, fleas, hornets, lawn insects, or wildlife issues.

Price varies depending on the size of your home.

Quarterly Service

General maintenance every three months. This service is a preventative treatment, protecting your home against entry from tiny ants, spiders, centipedes, millipedes, cave crickets, earwigs, ground beetles, silverfish, springtails and other occasional invaders. We also cover paper wasps, yellow jackets, mud daubers, and hornets. Bee/Wasp hives covered can be no more than 20 ft high and must be attached to the house. Mice protection can be covered for an additional charge.

We offer free callbacks in between scheduled services for emergencies.

Not covered are: roach and bed bug infestations, stink bugs, flies/mosquitos, fleas/ticks, wood-destroying insects (Carpenter Ants, Carpenter Bees, Termites, Powder Post Beetles), or wildlife Issues. We offer additional protection plans for non-covered items at a reduced price. You can add carpenter ant and carpenter bee protection to this package for an additional fee.

Price varies depending on the size of the home. Multi-family homes are also additional.

Flea and Tick Lawn Treatments

In this package, we’ll provide lawn treatment services (key areas of your property) up to six times per year to reduce the flea and tick population. This reduction plan will play a role in the protection of your family and furry friends.
